4. Personal data protection

ISALYS Hospitalities Hub processes your data in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, EU Regulation 2016/679) and the amended French Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978.

Data collected

Through the contact form: full name, company, email address, phone number, plan and site considered, preferred start date, description of your project. Mandatory fields are indicated. No banking data is collected on the site.

Purposes and legal bases

• Answering your requests for visits or information, and preparing a commercial proposal: pre-contractual measures taken at your request.
• Managing the business relationship and informing you about our offers and site openings: legitimate interest of ISALYS Hospitalities Hub. You may object at any time.
• Measuring site traffic: your consent, where this relies on non-exempt cookies (see section 5).

Recipients

Your data is intended for the WeChefs teams and, where necessary, for the ISALYS Group companies concerned by your request. It may be processed by our technical subcontractors (hosting, email, customer relationship management tool) under GDPR-compliant contracts. It is never sold or transferred to third parties. Retention period

Prospect data is kept for three years from your last contact. Client data is kept for the duration of the contractual relationship, then archived for the applicable legal periods.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data, as well as the right to set instructions regarding its use after your death. You may withdraw your consent at any time.

To exercise these rights, write to dpo@isalys-group.com or to ISALYS Hospitalities Hub, 3 rue d'Uzès, 75002 Paris, France, stating the purpose of your request. We will reply within one month.

If you consider that your rights are not respected, you may lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (www.cnil.fr).

5. Cookies

What is a cookie?

A cookie is a small file stored on your device when you visit a website. It allows the site to recognise your device and remember certain information.

• Strictly necessary cookies: essential for the site to work and for security (remembering your cookie choices, fraud prevention). They do not require your consent.
